The art of the chair that sits in the sun!

There is a chair that sits….
…. and sits ….
…. all day long….
…. in the sun ….
….under the washing line.
And no matter how I look at it ….
…. from afar ….
…. or this close ….
…. or through it ….
I just love it!
This chair that sits and sits all day long…
…. in the sun

under the washing line!

Like you my wonderful friend, your little chair in the sun gets more beautiful and more interesting with age.

Thank you Dear Belinda – but I think it fares better in the sun than I do! Fxx

  • This immediately made me think of Paris and the ubiquitous green chairs seen in all the parks. The peeling green and pink is just perfect and setting among the green and flowers under the washing line is a delightful scene for this chair with history and character!
